Services
Altenbach Design, LLC provides design services tailored for the specific needs of each client. We begin with a meeting to clarify your design goals as much as possible, and then we submit a design service proposal for your consideration. It is helpful to have a site survey, an itemized list of your design goals, and any other information like magazine clippings that may convey your ideas at this initial meeting.
Design Consultation:
To discuss specific, optional design solutions for a given home site or existing house to be renovated, inclusive of site plan analysis, extent of development, materials, budget, form, style, scale of work, and/or as requested. Hourly fee applies.
Design Services for Building Permit and Construction:
Custom tailored design services to meet client's specific needs, be it full or partial assistance in the design and construction drawing process. Construction phase drawing support is offered as needed/requested. Fee varies per scope of work requested.
Construction observation & reporting:
Typically to assist out-of-town clients with quality control, progress reporting, and any other specific requests. Hourly fee applies.
Additional Services:
We can coordinate all of your home planning needs inclusive of interior design, landscape design, outdoor living spaces (kitchen, pool, etc.) techonology systems, and various other specialty concerns. We can also help you find the right builder.
