About Us
Altenbach Design, LLC was formed in 2005 by Hans Altenbach, a second generation home designer and graduate of The Ohio State University's School of Architecture. He has 14 years of professional design experience, chiefly based in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Altenbach Design, LLC's exceptional service record among local Charleston, South Carolina builders was recognized in 2006 as he was invited to become an Associate Member of the National Association of Home Builders. Hans Altenbach is an active member of the Remodeler's and Green Building Councils, subschapters of the NAHB. Altenbach-Design, LLC provides complete permit-ready construction drawings directly to home owners, builders, and architects. Design services are tailored for the specific needs of each client. Architect-stamped drawings for exclusive, design-sensitive communities are available as needed, and all drawings are typically coordinated with a licensed engineer's stamped drawings.
